Meet Peter Walter Patrick, who goes by the username “Conspiretard” across various platforms. A Coos Bay, OR tattooist who dressed up like a Nazi (his description) in a Siege Mask to menace children and families at It’s Not a Phase Prom, an all-ages community dance and drag show which invited attendees “to be in queer community and feel seen and understood.”
Peter Patrick didn’t act alone. He arrived with a pair of jerkoffs named Chris Sims and Daniel Vrosh (“Danny Rebel”). Chris Tough, (a Proud Boy affiliate) and local coot TJ Stocks (full name unconfirmed.) More on them later.
After Peter Patrick took it upon himself to harass the Pride Prom in a skull mask associated with accelerationist terrorism to intimidate attendees and event staff, he posted to his X boasting of the act. Which he then quickly deleted. Luckly researchers where able to save a post where he admits to returning to the event after being trespassed.
This is far from the first time he has engaged in such behavior as a Community Safety Alert posted to Facebook shows.
A quick look at Conspiretard’s Venmo showed his location as Coos Bay, which is a bit odd since he grifted for gas money to . .
. . Coos Bay.
In any case, payments for tattoos are listed as received by “Conspiretard” who also goes by “Patrick”. Looking for tattooists in Coos Bay named Patrick brings up Pete Patrick. Note the neck tattoo.
The same neck tattoo can be seen when “Conspiretard” briefly swung his camera around in a video posted to his X timeline.
Since this information was originally published on BlueSky, Peter briefly de-activated his X account before re-activating with 15,000 of his Tweets deleted. He then posted a series of whiny posts proclaiming his martyrdom and wrongly blaming an uninvolved third party for uncovering his identity. On 2/27/26 he made an anticlimactic return to streaming at a Portland anti-ICE protest. A good portion of the stream was devoted to his lamenting about only getting six viewers. As for the two jerkoffs who accompanied him, Chis Sims and Daniel Vrosh have long been inciting violence and harrassing bystanders to create low level clickbait videos. They seem particularly interested in stalking children, having filmed at schools and daycares in the past. Danny was recently given a well deserved punch in the head by a teenage girl he was pushing on and filming. They also run a glass studio in Western Washington named Vrosh Glass / Organic Glassworks where they produce pipes and dab wands. Still, they take a prohibitive stance on drug use by the underclass.
Chris and Danny are literal jerkoffs. They make homemade masturbation porn, yet smear drag queens as groomers. And attack the broader queer community who they think they’re better than. No shade at sex work but massive shade at those who weponize their idenity to make life more difficult for others.

Chris Tough, who has a long history of agitation and political violence, was instrumental in turning this annual dance into a culture war issue. Which flopped. On TJ Stoks’ livestream he lamented that he was expecting “40 to 50 people waving flags” in opposition to kids dancing. Instead it was five creepy men with cellphone cameras.
Chris Tough has since followed Peter Patrick’s lead and posted series of videos complaining about being put on leave from his job for 3 weeks as a consequence of trying to disrupt prom night.
